Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to support a critical access hospital in Berlin, New Hampshire. The role requires hospital pharmacy experience, independence, and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (to be obtained upon acceptance).
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Inpatient Pharmacist

Job Description

We are urgently seeking a qualified Inpatient Pharmacist to support a critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy, demonstrating the ability to work independently, especially during weekend shifts.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (arrival 6:30/7:00 AM)
• Every third weekend: Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (arrival 6:30/7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

The Inpatient Pharmacist will be responsible for supporting various departments, including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. Specific duties include:

• Reviewing medication orders and providing recommendations for therapy.
• Ensuring accurate dispensing of medications.
• Monitoring patient outcomes and drug therapy.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
