Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and an active pharmacist license.
• 6 months pharmacist experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Current and unrestricted pharmacist license at time of hire.
• Must have state license to apply.
