Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have State License to Apply.
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred.
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Experience within the past 12 months as a pharmacist in the specialty area in an acute care setting.
• Knowledge of medication management information system software, Microsoft applications and automated dispensing system.

• Support patients navigating physical and mental health challenges.
