Jackson PharmacyPros is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Danville, Kentucky. The position runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts, starting 10/26/2026.
Requirements include a valid State license, EPIC experience, and medication reconciliation for discharge medications, along with strong communication skills for discharge planning and patient counseling. The assignment emphasizes antimicrobial stewardship and dosing management.
Competenze
- Must have State license to apply.
- EPIC experience is required.
- Medication reconciliation for discharge medication list is required.
- Communication skills for gathering prior to admission home medication list from patient, family, or pharmacy.
- Communication skills for discharge counseling with patients/families.
- Clinical knowledge of antimicrobial stewardship, including interpretation of culture results for recommendations and knowledge of UTI, pneumonia, SSTI, etc.
- Pharmacokinetic dosing management/monitoring;
- Anticoagulation dosing management/monitoring.
