Job summary

Millbrook Support Services is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 10-week assignment in Lower Brule, South Dakota. The role is outpatient pharmacy focused, with a standard day shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and 40 hours per week.

The pharmacist will read prescriptions in the EHR, check for interactions, and communicate substitutions or questions to the medical team. A functional state license and at least 2 years of experience are required; BLS/AHA certification is expected.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure valid in any state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Read medication orders from prescriptions in the EHR, verify completeness and allergies.
• Check for drug‑drug and drug‑food interactions.
• Provide substitutions guidance and answer medication questions for clinicians.
