TalentBurst is seeking a Pharmacist for an onsite contract in Richmond, Virginia. The role requires hospital experience, trauma/critical care exposure, and IV/medication verification responsibilities. This 24-week assignment starts 11/09/2026.

Candidates should have Virginia Pharmacist license and experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, Vigilanz, and dosing of vancomycin, aminoglycosides, anticoagulants; duties include IV verification and aseptic compounding.

Formación

• Hospital experience with trauma, burn, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, ECMO.
• Virginia State Pharmacist license or eligibility.

Job Description

Day Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Requested Skill Set:

Will experience complex patients - Trauma/Burn/Critical care, peds, cardiac surgery, ECMO
Dose Edge IV Experience
Pyxis Experience
Meditech
Vigilanz

Must have:

Hospital experience > 2years

Advanced skills needed: Vancomycin AUC dosing experience, Aminoglycoside dosing, Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, DOAC

Procedures performed on unit: IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed

Certifications Required: Virginia State Pharmacist license required
