Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Pharmacist for a night shift, onsite contract in Virginia with a 24-week term starting 10/12/2026. The role targets trauma/critical care patients in a hospital setting.

The candidate must hold a Virginia Pharmacist license and bring IV dosing expertise including Vancomycin AUC, aminoglycosides, and DOACs, plus familiarity with Pyxis, Meditech and Vigilanz. Hospital experience of 2+ years is expected, with strong IV verification and compounding skills.

Qualifications

• Trauma/Burn/Critical care, peds, cardiac surgery, ECMO exposure.
• Vancomycin AUC dosing experience and aminoglycoside dosing.
• Renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin and DOAC protocols.
• IV verification and IV compounding procedures performed on unit.

• Procedures performed on unit: IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed
• Certifications Required: Virginia State Pharmacist license required
