Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Travel Nuclear Medicine PET Technologist to provide imaging services across clinical settings. The role requires active NMTCB/ARRT (N) certification, a nuclear medicine license, and at least 2 years of PET experience.

You will work onsite on a 13-week contract, coordinating with physicians to ensure imaging quality and patient safety. Responsibilities include administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating PET/CT equipment, and maintaining radiation

Qualifications

• Active NMTCB/ARRT (N) certification and Nuclear Medicine license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years PET experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for PET/CT imaging procedures.
• Operate PET/CT scanners to capture high-quality functional and anatomical images.
• Monitor patients for comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Evaluate image quality and verify alignment between PET and CT datasets.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to support accurate diagnostic interpretation.
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform daily quality control and maintenance on PET/CT equipment.
