Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist specializing in PET/CT imaging. Must hold NMTCB or ARRT certification with current registration and Maryland licensure. Role includes a Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM schedule, working with Siemens Biograph Vision and Epic systems.
The ideal candidate will have a Nuclear Medicine Technology curriculum, CPR certification, and Maryland licensure eligibility. Experience with comparable facility sizes is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with approved Nuclear Medicine Technology curriculum.
- ARRT or NMTCB certification with current registration.
- CPR certification required.
- License required if applicable.
- Diagnostic CT certification with Maryland license is a plus.
- Comparable facility size experience required.
Responsibilities
- PET/CT imaging center setting.
- Monday through Friday schedule, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Scanning performed on Siemens Biograph Vision equipment.
- Epic and Siemens experience a plus.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and perform radionuclide imaging of organs and organ systems.
- Perform dynamic studies, assays of body fluids and tissues, and radio assays.
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate.
