Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a travel Perfusionist for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. The position involves on-pump and off-pump CABG support, valve replacements, and TAVR procedures within a cardiovascular OR setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of perfusion experience, CPR/BLS from the AHA, and is willing to participate in a regular on-call rota. The team collaborates closely with surgeons and other perfusionists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a perfusionist.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ABCP certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide perfusion support during cardiac surgeries.
• Operate perfusion equipment and document with EPIC records.
• Collaborate within the surgical team and other perfusionists.
• Support about 40 patient cases daily.
• Ensure compliance with departmental safety and documentation standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation (one night weekly and some weekends).
