Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Aurora, Colorado. The role requires NBRC-RRT certification and 1 year of acute care experience, with a 14-week duration and 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

The Peds-RRT will provide direct patient care, operate respiratory and cardiology equipment, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Peds-RRT with NBRC-RRT certification and active BLS/ACLS.
• 1 year of acute care experience required.
• PALS and NRP may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients per guidelines.
• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities and document care.
• Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment and report malfunctions.
