Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for pediatric and educational settings in the Sidney, OH area. This travel opportunity includes non-taxable stipends, travel support, premium pay opportunities, comprehensive healthcare, and 401(k) with strong demand in the field.

You’ll collaborate with educators and families, develop IEPs, assess and treat speech and language disorders, and gain experience across diverse schools and leadership styles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP-CCC certification required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as required for Ohio.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within educational teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records and conduct progress monitoring.
• Support students’ academic success and communication development.
