Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CCC-SLP credential required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Ohio SLP practice required.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 18 students, delivering 2,700 minutes of therapy per quarter.
• Support students from kindergarten through eighth grade in language, articulation, and social communication.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and measure progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success.
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines.
