Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Pediatric Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Lubbock, Texas. The assignement is a 16-week contract with 36 hours per week on a night shift, 12-hour shifts, starting on 12/14/2026.

The pediatric RN will provide care in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center, float between units, and collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. On-call may be required and weekends are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure (RN).
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Willing to work weekends (5 shifts in 6 weeks).
• On-call availability per unit census.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Manage patient assignments and prioritize tasks.
• Float between units as needed.
