American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a pediatric unit position with night shifts, requiring a NJ or compact license and pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a pediatric unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
• Every other weekend is required
• Block scheduling is not permitted
• Required to float between five hospitals within skillset based on needs
• Care for pediatric patients as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted at a different pay rate
• All requested time off must be submitted with initial application; changes are not accepted after submission

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Minimum of two years pediatric nursing experience required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required with no exemptions
