Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Pediatric Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires 1 year of radiology experience, BLS, ARRT (R) certification, and state licensing where applicable.

You will support imaging procedures and patient care in a fast-paced travel setting. Responsibilities include confirming patient identity, positioning, protecting against unnecessary radiation, and preparing results for physician review using McKesson PACS.

Qualifications

• 1 year of radiology experience required.
• Must have BLS, ARRT (R) certification and state license where required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient, review imaging requests and explain procedures.
• Follow physician orders for imaging areas and adjust equipment.
• Position patient and calibrate imaging equipment correctly.
• Minimize radiation exposure via proper protection measures.
• Prepare results for physician review and document findings.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system in workflow.
