Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Apple Valley, California. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute an individualized plan of care, and collaborate with the health care team in an acute care setting.

The role requires 6 months of experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates) and requires BLS plus state licensing. Assignment spans 13 weeks, with 40 hours weekly and eight-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for diverse patient populations in the acute care setting.
• Oversee PTAs and support staff; interface with Medical Center personnel to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and insurance guidelines.
