Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN for Pediatrics PACU – Post Anesthetic Care in Madison, WI. The role involves independent peri-anesthetic management of complex pediatric patients in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center with Level IV NICU.

Position details: 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, 17-week contract from 10/12/2026 to 02/08/2027. Requires WA RN license (or compact) and pediatric PACU experience, plus BLS/PALS and Telemetry testing.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license.
• 2+ years of pediatric PACU experience within the last 3 years.
• Epic electronic charting experience.
• BLS and PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to pass Telemetry interpretive test before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent peri-anesthetic management for pediatric patients.
• Deliver high-quality recovery care in a pediatric-focused facility.
