TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. The PACU RN will monitor post-operative patients and support recovery after anesthesia.

This 17-week travel assignment requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, 12-hour night shifts, and 48 hours per week. Start ASAP with a tax-free stipend; BLS and PALS are required; additional certifications may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and care for post-op patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each patient's condition.
• Monitor patients for condition changes and report to the physician.
