Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PCU/Progressive Care Unit assignment in Madison, Wisconsin. The RN will provide patient monitoring, acute care, and step-down support on a 12-hour day shift for a 13-week contract.

Qualifications include RN license, accredited nursing degree, BLS/ACLS, and at least 18 months in PCU/step-down. Travel reimbursement, housing options, and benefits are offered by MedPro Staffing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Progressive Care Nurses monitor patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and respond to changes, enabling intervention of emergencies.
