Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Eureka, California. The selected candidate will provide specialized care to adult and geriatric patient populations in a PCU setting.

The contract features 13 weeks, nights 12-hour shifts, and a minimum of 36 hours per week with travel benefits and housing options available. Applicants should have an active RN license, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS, and experience in telemetry and dysrhythmia

Qualifications

• Valid state license; compact license accepted.
• 2+ years of recent experience in PCU or similar.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, heparin protocols, dysrhythmia interpretation, and airway management.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in PCU.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team in a fast paced environment.
• Adhere to facility protocols and scheduling requirements, including nights and holidays.
