TotalMed RN seeks a travel RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Lone Tree, Colorado. The position is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and current ACLS/BLS certifications, with RN licensure in good standing. The PCU RN will monitor patients requiring close observation, manage medications, and respond to clinical changes using bedside equipment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Monitor specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays; respond to abnormal findings.
