Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU – Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. The 13-week commitment includes 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Applicants must hold an active RN license, have a degree from an accredited nursing program, and possess BLS & ACLS certifications along with 18 months of recent PCU/Step-down experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in Acute Care PCU/Step-down.
• Other client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCU/step-down patient care with close monitoring and frequent assessments.
• Monitor cardiac and other vital signs, respond to changes, and intervene when necessary.
