Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia. This assignment lasts 9 weeks with 36 hours per week, featuring 12-hour night shifts and a start date of 10/19/2026.

The PCU RN will provide bedside care for patients needing close monitoring but not ICU care, perform IV starts, dressings, and medication administration while using telemetry. ACLS/BLS are required, with 1–2 years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor vitals and adjust medications as needed.
• Monitor and operate telemetry and other monitoring equipment.
