HealthForce Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to cover a PCU travel assignment in Burlington, MA. The role runs 26 weeks with 12-hour night shifts and guaranteed patient care in a busy hospital setting.

You will assess patients, titrate vasopressors, manage IVs, and document care in the EMR while floating to related units as needed. Onboarding and Relias testing are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required; ACLS preferred; NIHSS preferred
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in PCU or acute/step-down care
• Epic experience required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; ability to float to related units

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care to PCU patients during night shifts, including assessment, vital signs, and documentation
• Titrate vasopressors and administer IV meds and fluids per physician orders; manage IV access
• Monitor hemodynamics, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; participate in handoffs and standby coverage in float blocks
• Document care in EMR with accuracy; follow unit protocols and safety standards
• Complete onboarding requirements, Relias testing and day‑1 testing at the facility
