Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PCU travel assignment in Cumming, GA. The 13-week contract starts on 10/05/2026, with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a $1,575–$1,639 weekly pay range.

The role involves 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) in a hospital setting with telemetry and intermediate care responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a Georgia RN license, 2 years of PCU/step-down experience, and BLS/ACLS/NIH certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or eligible to obtain per state requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of PCU/step-down or intermediate care experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for PCU patients, including ongoing assessment and vitals monitoring.
• Administer medications, start/monitor IV therapies, and oversee telemetry and oxygen delivery as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Document accurately in EMR and ensure timely communication with physicians and other clinicians.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control; educate patients and families.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment in a fast-paced, high-acuity step-down/intermediate setting.
