Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel RN for the PCU Float Pool in Tucson, AZ. This high-acuity assignment involves floating across PCU, IMC, Med-Surg, and Observation units, including occasional ED hold or PACU when beds are limited.

Schedule is Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with a 36-hour weekly commitment. Must have active AZ RN license and Level I Trauma experience, along with BLS/ACLS as required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in AZ (or compact license) required.
• Recent PCU experience in a large acute care hospital.
• Level I Trauma experience required.
• Comfortable floating across multiple units and campuses.
• BLS and ACLS as per facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity adult medical and surgical patients.
• Manage cardiac monitoring and drips for complex patients.
• Float where patient care needs are greatest while maintaining standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across campuses.
