Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

The candidate must hold an active RN license with a nursing degree, BLS and ACLS certifications and have at least 18 months of recent PCU/Step-down experience. This is a travel assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, starting 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients who aren't unstable enough to need ICU care.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect any changes, thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.
