Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a travel assignment in Sioux City, IA. This role is a 13-week engagement with 48 hours per week and a night shift schedule.

The RN will join a progressive care unit, providing critical care support and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Active certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS) are required, with float to ED and inpatient areas as needed.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse contributes clinical expertise and professionalism in delivering and orchestrating care for patients in a progressive care unit.

Shift Requirements

• Start time: 1900 hours
• Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Weekend commitment: Every other weekend and holiday
• Floating required to all inpatient and emergency department areas

Unit Details

• Patient Ratios: 1:4 (may increase to 1:5)
• Types of patients and conditions flown: Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Ablation, Angiogram, TCAR, EVAR, Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA), Stroke, Pacemaker placements, Sepsis

Certification Requirements

• Active BLS certification
• Active ACLS certification
• Active NIHSS certification
