Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Salem, Virginia. The position requires PCU experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and hands-on care for adult patients with cardiac conditions.

• Number of Beds – 15 beds
• Number of Staff – 22 (RN/PCT)
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 3-4RN, 2 PCT, 1 Clinical Coordinator
  • Night Shift – 3-4 RN 1 PCT
• Patient Ratios – 4-5/1
• Type of equipment – Cardiac Telemetry, Chest tubes, Cardiac drips(NTG, Cardizem, Amiodarone), Post Cath Patients, post-surgical patients to include open heart, lung patients, general surgery patients, post op orthopedic patients that require cardiac monitoring.
• EMR – Meditech Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
