Qualifications

• Must have a current Arkansas State Paramedic License.
• Ability to work 50-60 hours per week and 10-12 hour shifts.
• Experience as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and organized environment adhering to safety protocols.
• Document all patient interactions and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

Emergency care (CPR, trauma management)

Strong critical thinking in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication skills

Physical stamina to manage patients

Education

Current Arkansas State Paramedic License

Current NREMT Paramedic Certification

Valid Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certification
