Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is actively seeking a Travel PACU RN for a 13-week assignment in Santa Fe, NM. The role requires 40 hours per week, days shift, ASAP start, and travel status.

Essential qualifications include 1 year of PACU RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred are PALS or ENPC, with other licenses possibly required. The PACU RN will provide post-anesthesia care, coordinate discharges, and support the surgical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a PACU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients transferring from the operating room and evaluate post-anesthesia condition.
• Monitor vital signs, consciousness, and recovery from anesthesia.
• Administer medications and treatments per PACU protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during recovery.
• Document assessments, interventions, and recovery progress.
