Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel PACU RN for a 13-week assignment in Winchester, Kentucky. You will provide specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia, assess recovery, and support discharge planning while working with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent PACU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients post-anesthesia.
• Monitor vital signs and recovery progression, document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications per post-anesthesia care protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical team and coordinate discharges or transfers.
• Respond to emergencies using PACU standards and safety procedures.
• Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
