Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Burlington, MA. You will assess recovery, implement care plans, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe discharge and transport.

The role requires 1 year PACU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel compensation includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits; onsite facility in Burlington, MA.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a PACU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients transferring from the operating room and evaluate post-anesthesia condition.
• Monitor vital signs, consciousness, and recovery from anesthesia.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per post-anesthesia nursing techniques.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during recovery.
• Document patient conditions, treatments, and incidents in medical records.
