Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a registered nurse specialized in PACU for a 13-week travel assignment at a Vermont healthcare facility. This role provides immediate post-operative recovery care, monitors patients, and supports safe transitions after anesthesia, with rotating day and evening shifts and 10-hour shifts.

Candidates must hold an active RN license, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with pediatric and gynecological patients; dysrhythmia testing experience preferred.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate post-operative recovery care in PACU.
• Monitor patients and ensure safe transitions after anesthesia.
• Rotate between day and evening shifts on a 10-hour schedule.
• Maintain patient safety and adherence to care plans.
