Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel assignment in Santa Rosa, California. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of PACU experience in acute care. Additional facility requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• RN license is active and in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Eighteen months of recent PACU experience in acute care.
• Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients as they wake from anesthesia and prior to discharge or transfer.
