TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Lewiston, Maine. You will work 36 hours per week over 9‑hour shifts, with a 13‑week assignment and a rotating schedule in a fast‑paced PACU setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and holds ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. Travel experience is preferred, and the role supports a tax‑free stipend as part of the package.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor post‑operative patients as they recover from anesthesia.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient condition.
• Monitor for changes and report to the physician promptly.
• Determine when patients are ready to transfer to a room.
