Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Willimantic, Connecticut. This assignment is 13 weeks long, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts in PACU.

You will provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia, monitor during wake, and discharge or transfer as needed. Requires active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months PACU experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients as they wake and discharge or transfer as needed.
