Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. The RN will provide specialized post-anesthesia care in a PACU setting, supporting patients recovering from anesthesia on a 12-hour night shift.

This travel role requires an active RN license, an accredited nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with at least 18 months PACU experience. Travel and housing support are provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local.
• Administer diligent care via monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
