Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a facility in Sitka, AK. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.

The PACU RN will assess recovery, implement care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure safe discharge and transfer. Nursing licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a PACU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients post-anesthesia and after transfer from the operating room.
• Monitor vital signs and recovery from anesthesia.
• Administer prescribed medications and post-operative treatments.
• Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgical team and coordinate patient discharge or transfer.
