The ideal candidate has 1 year of PACU RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits, licensing support, and a supportive clinical team are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a PACU RN.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients post-anesthesia and post-surgery recovery.
• Monitor vital signs, consciousness, and recovery progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per post-anesthesia nursing techniques.
• Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgical team and discharge/transport planning.
• Operate PACU equipment and respond to emergencies according to protocols.
