Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Fort Worth, Texas. This PACU RN must be ready for an immediate travel opening with a 13-week duration, 12-hour day shifts, and a 36-hour workweek.

Start date is 10/19/2026, with ACLS and BLS required and 1 year of acute care experience. As a PACU Travel Nurse, you’ll monitor post-anesthesia patients as they recover, develop care plans, and report changes to the physician.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1 year of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation and care for post-op patients as they recover from anesthesia.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report to physician.
• Determine when patients are recovered and ready to transfer to a room.
