Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU for a 13-week assignment in Fargo, ND. You will provide specialized post-anesthesia care, monitor recovery, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe discharge and transport when appropriate.

The role requires 1 year PACU experience, an active RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits and a supportive clinical team are included.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a PACU RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification; ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assess post-anesthesia recovery status and transfer patients from the operating room
• Monitor vital signs, consciousness, and recovery from anesthesia
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols
• Document assessments, treatments, and recovery progress
• Coordinate handoffs between OR, PACU, and post-PACU units
