Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN PACU for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, KS. This travel opportunity offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and a competitive pay package with benefits.

As the PACU RN, you will assess patients recovering from anesthesia, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with the surgical team to ensure safe discharge and smooth handoffs. Required qualifications include one year of PACU experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS

Qualifications

• One year of recent PACU RN experience.
• Active RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients transferring from the operating room and monitor recovery.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following PACU standards.
• Document assessments and recovery progress in medical records.
• Coordinate care with the surgical team and discharge planning.
