Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced RN for Outpatient Surgery in St. Helena, CA. This position involves delivering patient-centered care across pre-op and PACU Phase II workflows in a fast-paced surgical environment. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of RN experience, required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and preferably have outpatient surgery or perioperative experience. A dynamic, collaborative atmosphere awaits with day shift hours and rotating days off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
• Outpatient surgery, endoscopy, or perioperative experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with moderate sedation is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Shift: Day Shift | 4x10s (Mon‑Fri, rotating day off)

Start times vary between 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM based on case volume

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN – Outpatient Surgery, who will deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care across pre‑op and PACU Phase II workflows in a dynamic surgical setting.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a rapid patient turnover environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver safe, efficient pre‑op and post‑anesthesia (Phase II) care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff appropriately
