Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Westfield, Massachusetts. The role requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour days and a travel-friendly schedule.

The therapist will work in an outpatient setting, develop and manage treatment plans, and support diverse diagnoses while meeting facility standards. Travel benefits and support are provided by Prime HealthCare Staffing.

Qualificações

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred).
• Active State License.
• Supervisory Professional References.
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen.
• One year of outpatient experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• In an Outpatient setting, the therapist will manage a treatment plan to promote a positive outcome for patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Provide care in accordance with patient goals and facility protocols while documenting progress.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
