Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a assignment in Keene, New Hampshire. You will assess referred patients, develop and administer therapy plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the license process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
