You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across diverse outpatient settings while experiencing life in a new location.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA approved).
• Active state physical therapy license to start.
• BLS certification may be required (AHA/ARC).
• CA license number required.
• No new grad.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to plan and adjust treatment.
• Document patient progress and outcomes per facility policy.
