Qualifications

• Performs comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develops individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Provides outpatient orthopedic care and rehabilitation interventions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with clinic team to support outcomes.
