Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Monument, Colorado. This travel role provides 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and outpatient setting exposure, starting 09/21/2026.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from accredited program (APTA approved).
• Active State License required before start.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations, treatment, and progression of plan of care.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain licensure and complete state-m mandated continuing education.
